Terms and Conditions

All bookings are made with Freya International and Tours(Japan Travel Premium) whose full information shows below and our website.

You are deemed to agree with these booking conditions by booking our tours.
All services to be provided are referred in your final itinerary and invoice.

Deposit

You are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of JPY10,000- per person per trip for your confirmation by credit card; VISA or Master only. In case within 30 days of departure date, full payment is required.

Final Payment and Contract

Final payment is paid 30 days before the departure date by credit card; VISA or Master only. If you book the tour less than 30 days, the full payment must be done within 3 days after you book.
A contract will be settled between us from the date we issue the confirmation invoice. If the balance is not paid on or before the due date we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fee is as followed:
30 to 20 days before the service begins: 10 % of tour fee
19 to 10 days before the service begins: 20 % of tour fee
09 to 03 days before the service begins: 50 % of tour fee
02 to 01 days before the service begins: 70 % of tour fee
On the day of tour: 100 % of tour fee
Note: Cancellation requests are processed during regular business hours. Any requests made after 18:30 shall be considered received on the following business day.

Group Size

The estimate of all tours is for a group of 2. In case you would like to join by 1, further single supplement must be paid. In case a group size is more than 3, we provide you the estimate for your group size.

Inclusions

The land price of your trip includes:
*all accommodations as listed in the itinerary
*all transportation as listed in the itinerary
*all meals as listed in the itinerary
*all sightseeing and English speaking guide as listed in the itinerary

Exclusions

The land price of your trip excludes:
*international flight
*Japan domestic flight unless specified
*travel insurance
*optional tours and all other personal expenses
*meals and drinks which are not described in the itinerary

Responsibility of Our Company

We shall be responsible for compensating for the damages caused to customers intentionally or negligently by us or by our agents who are engaged by us, but limited to JPY100000.

After departure, if the services included in our tour cannot be supplied or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of us, we will arrange for the provision of comparable services. Any resulting additional expense will be the responsibility of yours, and any resulting savings will be refunded by us to you.

Any liability in respect of transportation failure including but not limited delay in your outward or inward flight/s, whether the cancellation or delay is caused by the weather, airline rescheduling, industrial action or mechanical failure. We will give no refunds or compensation for lost time and services from the itinerary due to delayed or cancelled flights or delayed or cancelled public buses, trains or other forms of transport included in Your itinerary.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant; to expel any participant from the tour; to make changes in the itinerary whenever the we deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the participants; and to cancel a tour at any time.

We shall not be liable for damages incurred by the client due to such reasons as natural disaster, war, disturbances, accident, fire, acts of government, and alteration or cancellation due to such causes, accidents occurring during your free activities, food poisoning, theft, delays, stoppages, alteration of schedule and route in relation to transportation facilities, congestion of traffic, and any cause beyond the control of us or agents of tour arrangements.

Responsibility of Clients

In the case that we have suffered damage due to the willfulness or fault of yours, you will be required to compensate us for the damage.

Insurance

You have to take out insurance to participate our tour. Your insurance must cover against medical expenses, personal accident, death and adequate baggage cover.
